Heads of State is the kind of high-energy action-comedy that should be dominating July 4th weekend box office charts, complete with packed theaters full of cheering audiences. Instead, thanks to Amazon's 2022 acquisition of MGM Studios, this entertaining romp is heading straight to Prime Video on July 2nd.
